La Joya consists of a main house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The second house has another 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both houses have a modern luxury kitchen equipped with every conceivable facility. The total living area is over 600m2. It stands on a plot of over 1800m2.
It is also possible to book only the main house (up to 10 people).
Outdoor kitchen
On the first floor of the large house, you will find a spacious outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. The ideal spot with a fantastic view that you can enjoy long into the evening hours.
Heated swimming pool and fitness
Upon request, the swimming pool can be heated, even in winter, up to 28°C. Around the pool you will find sun loungers and daybeds to relax. In addition, there is a fitness area.

Includes a luxury speedboat
When you book for a week or longer, you will have a luxury speedboat measuring over 7 meters and with 250 hp at your disposal for half a day on the water. This luxury boat, including an experienced captain, will be waiting for you in the marina of Moraira. Enjoy the sea without a care in the world; use of the boat is completely free of charge. You only pay for the captain and fuel.
